Any idea which sports should we introduce to the 3 years old kid? My baby spend a lot of his time in the toddlers swing, but I know there is no physical exercise in the swing. I want him to play a game which involves the movement of his whole body? Any suggestion?

Thank you for your valuable suggestion. Yes, tennis can also be considered. It is also good for body's flexibility of babies. These physical sports are good than spending time on phone or on gadgets like baby swings because these sports help in the healthy development.

I think is the best bet is soccer since it develops a better sense of team work and creativity. Plus, the physical conditioning you do in soccer helps to develop a toned and well versed body growth. If not, basketball. Not so sure about baseball, but it could work.

Baseball and soccer a lot of moms prefer ,Football comes with consequences. hard to tell your boy not to play if he wants too.

I think that it is important that the child himself decides what he wants to do. Not far from the house where we live there is a sports center for children. My son attended the first few sports classes and liked karate. I don't want to decide everything for the child

Um I think it's depend on your kid's gender. If your kid is a boy, I recommend football that has been considered one of the forever best sports for kids to play, this sport can be taught to kids as early as 3 years is fast gaining popularity all over with several kids training to be champions or some outdoor sports like running, bicycling, inline skating,... If your kid is a girl, there are many sports that can develop her skills like cheer leading, swimming, tennis,... that's my opinion :giggle::giggle:

I think you should put him in what he likes, there are some sports that demand a lot from him, and others that are more fun.

Hey, that’s great. Soccer is a great way to spend time with friends and is also a very good workout (in my humble opinion). However, I have one request: next time you see one of the kids complaining or whining and making your life miserable, grab him by his shirt and tell him that if he doesn’t shut up and start playing soccer right now, you will make him walk home across town. And when someone challenges you for picking on a kid for whining, tell them it’s so he can learn how to deal with adversity.
